Qashqai 2 automatic real fuel consumption. Technical characteristics of Nissan Qashqai

Nissan Qashqai is a city SUV, a representative of the compact SUV class. Production of the model began in 2006. The car is produced in the UK, Japan, Iran and Russia. The first generation of Qashqai made a splash on the world market. The car became one of the most popular in the segment, which was only gaining popularity in the second half of the 2000s. The first model was updated once - in 2010, and four years later the second generation Qashqai was released. The car received a completely new body with a different style, as well as a higher quality interior and additional equipment. The Nissan Qashqai competes with many models. Similar crossovers are Toyota RAV4, Chevrolet Captiva, Peugeot 4008 and Kia Sportage.

Nissan Qashqai owner reviews about consumption per 100 km.

Generation 1

With 1.5 engine, diesel, 2WD front-wheel drive

  • Oleg, Sverdlovsk. The car is 2008, I bought a used version. The 1.5 liter engine pulls well uphill. The car has front-wheel drive and a manual transmission and changes gears quickly. The design is so-so, I didn’t really like the interior - it’s too gray and made of cheap materials, although I can’t fault the build quality. The car consumes an average of 10 liters per hundred in the urban cycle.
  • Mikhail, Smolensk. My car has front-wheel drive and a diesel engine. By the way, this is one of the first crossovers in Nissan history. It turned out very well, fuel consumption with the manual is 10 liters per hundred.
  • Dmitry, Vorkuta. Nissan Qashqai is a universal car. Lightweight and maneuverable. Inexpensive and dynamic, especially with a 1.5 diesel engine. I liked the setup of the manual transmission, with which you can confidently overtake trucks, minibuses, etc. All thanks to the clarity of the switching; you don’t need to look for gears. Fuel consumption is 11 liters per hundred. The cabin is comfortable, the sound insulation is decent for this class. You can even compare it with the Toyota RAV4.

With 1.6 petrol engine

  • Vasily, Nizhny Novgorod region. My Nissan Qashqai never lets me down. I have been using the car for six years, the mileage is 80 thousand km. The breakdowns are insignificant, I service them myself. It doesn't take much money to repair, but the car is very reliable. Made from high-quality materials, the plastic in the interior is hard but does not creak. No vibrations or crickets were detected, the car is in almost perfect condition. I have a version with a 1.6 engine that develops 115 horses. Acceleration to hundreds in 12 seconds is very good, and fuel consumption is a maximum of 10 liters. I have a manual version with front-wheel drive. I'm happy with the car.
  • Tatyana, Vologda region. The car just suited me. The car suits my needs, I quickly got used to it. I have the basic version with an economical engine that produces 116 horsepower. With a manual transmission and all-wheel drive, fuel consumption is no more than 10 liters.
  • Marisha, Tula. I bought the car specifically for my birthday and decided to please myself. I don’t have a soul mate yet, and Qashqai has become a successful replacement. He is like a real man, he never lets you down or breaks down. One day in winter, the car itself, one might say, pulled me out of a snowdrift covered with ice underneath. And this despite the fact that the car only has a 1.6 engine, front-wheel drive and manual transmission. I turned on my wits and just started off in third gear. There was no slipping, and the car drove out on its own. Consumption is 10 liters on average.
  • Boris, Konstantin. A crossover for all occasions. It suits me - compact and dynamic, very convenient in the city crowd. The engine power of 115 horsepower is quite enough for everyday city trips. The car does not suffer from breakdowns.
  • Alexander, Novosibirsk. I took the car in its most basic configuration, with a 1.6 engine. The engine is not particularly powerful, but the manual transmission reveals its full potential. On the highway I can accelerate to 100 km/h in 12 seconds, and the maximum speed is about 190 km/h, and at low speeds it’s 210 km/h. The Nissan almost does not roll when cornering, listens well to the steering wheel and never slips, despite the lack of an EBD system. There is ABS, but it won’t surprise anyone now. The car consumes an average of 11 liters.
  • Olga, Smolensk. Nissan Qashqai is the right solution for the city, this is exactly the car I wanted. So that it has air conditioning, ABS, a radio and other irreplaceable options. And I don’t need more, I just want the car to drive and not break down. I made the right choice; a car with a 1.6 engine and manual transmission consumes 10-11 liters per hundred.

With engine 2.0 MT manual

  • Alexey, Moscow. Nissan Qashqai is a reliable and comfortable car, it has already driven 150 thousand km. There were enough breakdowns, and most of them were covered by warranty. The Japanese know how to make cars. I'm going to sell the car soon and exchange it for a new generation Qashqai. In our capital, by the way, this car is considered one of the most popular in its class. My old man has a two-liter engine with a power of 140 horsepower. I liked the manual transmission, front-wheel drive. Fuel consumption is 12 liters per hundred.
  • Alexander, Moscow region. I liked the car, in the future I plan to change it and buy the same version, but in a new generation. No problems were found with the 2.0 engine. With a manual transmission, the car rushes like a tank, it has a good traction reserve. Fuel consumption is 10-11 liters/100 km.
  • Peter, Donetsk. I bought the crossover in 2009, with a 2.0 engine and a manual transmission. I paid extra for all-wheel drive and there was no point. Well, except that the handling has improved, but off-road the car remains like a deer. There are no problems getting around in the city; any car can do it. All-wheel drive is expensive, it cost me a pretty penny, but it was of no use. The Qashqai eats an average of 12 liters in the urban cycle. I decided to sell and buy a new Toyota Rav4.
  • Yaroslav, Tula. Nissan Qashqai is just for me. I love dynamics, so I took the most powerful version with a two-liter engine. Its power is 140 forces, which are well revealed by a six-speed manual transmission. Acceleration to 100 in 10 seconds, fuel consumption on the highway is about the same. The car has all-wheel drive and handles well.
  • Oleg, Vologda region. I bought a Nissan Qashqai on a used market. I have the most powerful version, with a 2.0 engine and manual transmission. The car is very dynamic in the city, acceleration to hundreds in 10 seconds is an excellent indicator for this class. Comfortable and moderately elastic suspension, a little harsh. Roll in corners is minimal, the car clearly obeys the steering wheel, and in most cases you don’t have to guess which way the wheels are turned. Fuel consumption 12 liters/100 km.
  • Maxim, Tomsk. My wife and I worked hard to get a Nissan Qashqai with all-wheel drive. We chose this particular car and took a long time to reach our goal. We bought it without a loan and have been driving it for 150 thousand kilometers. For seven years there have been no special problems, the car is generally reliable. Fuel consumption with a 2.0 engine and manual transmission is 12 liters.

With 2.0 CVT engine CVT

  • Svyatoslav, Vorkuta. Nissan Qashqai is my first crossover, before it I only used tens and one hundred and fifth Volgas. With Nissan you feel on a different level, as if you were in another dimension. I didn’t even expect that even a used car could inspire such feelings. This is exactly what I have. In the top-end configuration, with all-wheel drive and CVT. The gearbox sets up for a smooth ride, but in a pinch you can push hard. Fortunately, the two-liter engine allows this. In general, the car is capable of a lot, even off-road you can force it a little. But you need to know when to stop, otherwise the variator may overheat. A car in the city consumes 12 liters on average, and on the highway it is 9-10 liters per hundred kilometers.
  • Anatoly, Pyatigorsk. My Nissan Qashqai never lets me down on a long journey. With my job, I only need someone like that, a real Japanese. Reliable and unpretentious. With a 2.0 engine and a CVT gearbox, fuel consumption in the city is 12 liters, and on the highway it reaches a maximum of 10 liters. The interior is comfortable, the plastics are pleasant but hard. The family likes the car and is happy with the car.
  • Maxim, Tyumen. So far I'm happy with the car; I've covered 100,000 km in eight years. I hardly use it in winter; during this season the car is stored and heated in the garage. Although it looks like an SUV, it is actually an ordinary car. And the crossover is just that, one name - they came up with it so that people would buy it. So I fell for it. But I don’t regret it, the car handles well and is reliable - maybe because I only drive it in the spring, autumn and summer... I have a version with a CVT, a two-liter engine. Consumption in the city is up to 12 liters.
  • Igor, Kharkov. With such a car you can overcome any obstacles. Especially in my top-end configuration - with a CVT and a two-liter engine with a capacity of 140 horses. A quick and dynamic device, it consumes 13 liters of gasoline per hundred. Already 100 thousand on the odometer, take care of the children.
  • Denis, St. Petersburg. I have a pleasant impression from Nissan Qashqai. I am the former owner of this car, I sold it two years ago to a good person. Only after Qashqai did I understand what a real Japanese car was. There were practically no breakdowns at all; I serviced it according to the regulations. I have a version with a 2.0 engine and a CVT. The car as a whole is reliable, unpretentious and inexpensive to operate. Consumption is 10-12 liters per hundred.
  • Marina, Taganrog. I liked the car and bought it used. I just really wanted a Japanese and inexpensive crossover, but I didn’t have much money. I can say I was lucky - I bought the top version, with a 2.0 engine and a CVT. There are all options, comfort at a high level. Fuel consumption is 12-13 liters if there are a lot of traffic jams. Average consumption is 10-11 liters. The CVT and engine turned out to be surprisingly economical. I am very happy with the car, and he is very happy with me.
  • Andrey, Minsk. My wife gave me a Nissan Qashqai, and she switched to a Land Cruiser. She is my businesswoman, and I help her with her business. This is exactly what we need cars for; we can’t live without them. I work as a taxi driver in a large company for my wife, she inherited a large inheritance. I take important clients to business centers. I have a Qashqai with a two-liter engine and a CVT, it never lets me down. It drives smoothly, accelerates briskly and brakes quickly. Fuel consumption is 12-13 liters in the city.
  • Alexander, Tambov. Typical urban crossover. In order to stand out from the rest, I chose the top-end configuration, with a 140 horsepower engine and an automatic transmission. At first I thought about taking it with a manual transmission, but in the end I took this one and did not regret it. The CVT quickly clicks through its virtual gears, almost imperceptibly. Consumption 13 liters/100 km.
  • Boris, Ekaterinoslavl. Nissan Qashqai turned out to be to the liking of both me and my wife and her children. After we bought the car, for some reason I wanted to be a real father for them even more. Well, okay, now to the point - the car was bought in the top version, with a 2.0 engine and an automatic transmission. Fuel consumption averages 10-12 liters in the city, which suits me quite well. We are not planning to sell it yet; the car has not yet exhausted its potential.
  • Boris, Odessa. I got the Nissan from my father, who had to go to another country on a business trip. He has been working there for five years now, and I have owned his Qashqai for the same amount of time. Although he is already almost mine. I praise the car for its efficiency in the city - with a 2.0 engine and a CVT, the average yield is 10 liters, if you do not exceed the speed limit.
  • Alexey, Peter. We've had the Nissan Qashqai for almost ten years. It should have been sold a long time ago, but my mother doesn’t want to buy it anyway - she says the children will grow up and drive it. Yes, if you think like that, then by that time new cars will appear, from a different era, let’s say. And then they will want to switch to electric cars. Well, okay, I listened, until they change it. The odometer has 200 thousand kilometers, I service it myself. Change the oil and filters, get in and go. The CVT works flawlessly, the two-liter engine is enough for dynamic driving. Fuel consumption is 10-12 liters.
  • Stanislav, Lipetsk. Overall I liked the car, I will buy exactly the same one for my wife. We'll travel together so as not to get confused. But seriously, the car is really worth giving it a second life. My Nissan Qashqai has already reached 100 thousand, it’s time to sell it while it’s still more or less fresh. The car consumes 11-12 liters, the engine is 2.0 CVT.

Generation 2

With 1.2 MT engine

  • Maxim, Yaroslavl. With a 1.2 engine, the Nissan Qashqai behaves surprisingly dynamically. And at the same time it saves fuel. In the city it comes out to 8-9 liters, no more. In my opinion, this is the only subcompact crossover in its class. I’ve never seen anything like this before, that’s why I took this version. Let's just say, I wanted to feel like a European. In Europe they really love small cars, so that’s where I’m heading. I’ll take my wife with me on a tourist trip and we’ll replace each other at the wheel.
  • Vasily, Smolensk. My friend gave me a Nissan Qashqai and gave it away for free. He has enough money; he bought himself a Mercedes Benz GL. In general, I’m lucky to have friends, but that’s not the right word. The crossover is equipped with a 1.2-liter engine that produces 115 horsepower. Not bad, and the manual gearbox clicks through the gears quickly, a sight for sore eyes. Consumption up to 10 liters in the city.
  • Sergey, Moscow region. I was pleased with the car during the test drive. With a manual transmission, this engine is very dynamic, probably because the body is all streamlined and resists headwinds well. The maximum speed is about 180 km/h, and acceleration to the first hundred is about 12 seconds. Very decent for such a motor. 115 horses are plenty enough in the city, but this unit is not an option for the track. Well, maybe for short trips. To drive fast, you need to constantly turn the engine to the cutoff, and at high speeds the cabin is very noisy, it’s even impossible to talk or not scream. In general, the car left a mixed impression. Its main advantage is fuel consumption, only 8-9 liters per 100 km.
  • Stanislav, St. Petersburg. The car behaves quickly and dynamically in the city, its handling is beyond praise. The suspension is quite elastic, not an option for off-road use. 115 power is quite enough for urban needs. Fuel consumption is 9-10 liters.
  • Nikita, Sverdlovsk. I bought a Nissan Qashqai in 2015. I needed a car for traveling with my family to various vacation spots. A utility car with a practical trunk. The rear seats can be folded down in one motion, creating an almost flat area. You can at least transport a refrigerator. There are special fastenings for the load so that it does not roll on the floor while moving. A car with a 1.2 engine and a manual transmission is a fast car, and it earns back the money spent on it in full.
  • Alexey, Nikolaev. For me, Nissan Qashqai is one of the first SUVs, before it there was a UAZ Patriot, then I bought a Chevrolet Niva, and then switched to a used Hyundai Tucson. In my opinion, the Nissan Qashqai is the first adequate crossover that I have owned. I bought it new so you wouldn't have to complain later. The car is very economical in the city, fuel consumption with a 1.2 manual transmission engine is no more than 10 liters.
  • Alexander, Yakutia. Nissan Qashqai with a 1.2 engine is not a car for everyone. The engine operates in a very narrow rpm range, and this is a problem. At high speeds the engine turns sour, although in the city you can drive at quite a decent speed. The manual transmission reveals the full potential of the engine. If it had been an automatic, the engine probably wouldn’t have started at all. This is, of course, roughly speaking, but in fact the engine is working at the limit, and it has no reserve of traction. And the car is practical and comfortable, it consumes about 8-10 liters in the urban cycle.
  • Victor, Vologda region. This car is not intended for off-road use; it just needs smooth asphalt without any holes or bumps. Very stiff suspension. The 1.2-liter engine and mechanics work smoothly, accelerating to hundreds in just 12 seconds. The car consumes up to 12-13 liters/100 km.

With 1.2 CVT engine

  • Nikolay, Tomsk. I chose the most basic configuration, with the smallest engine. I was wondering what it was like and whether it was suitable for such a large crossover. After the test drive, I was convinced that the car is a worthy competitor to other models - and not only in terms of fuel consumption, but also acceleration characteristics. I re-read the articles and reviews, and basically they write that the motor is very reliable, and there is now the highest demand for it. Fuel consumption is 12 liters per hundred. The 1.2 engine with automatic transmission runs surprisingly calmly, but the reactions when steering are well felt.
  • Elena, Pyatigorsk. My Nissan Qashqai has covered 100 thousand km in four years, without a single breakdown during this time. All components and assemblies were changed according to the regulations, I never miss maintenance. I do everything according to the instructions, and the car never lets me down, which is very important on a long journey. With a 1.2 engine and a variator, fuel consumption is a maximum of 10 liters.
  • Oleg, Peter. Nissan Qashqai is a decent car. For the highway and for the city, it drives quickly and dynamically, and the efficient automatic transmission helps it in this. This is my first SUV with such an engine, I didn’t expect such agility. Fuel consumption is 11 liters in the city, and this is the maximum. On the highway the car drinks 7-8 liters. The interior and trunk are spacious, there is enough space inside. I liked the high-quality finish and strict interior design. In general, the car is worth the money.
  • Vitaly, Donetsk. A car for all occasions in the sense that it is very reliable. Used in hot and cold. In Siberia, Qashqai showed himself to be a great performer. Reliability is high, but when driving off-road you definitely need an insurer. Fuel consumption is 8-9 liters. I have a 1.2 engine, with a CVT and front-wheel drive.
  • Pavel, Leningrad region. This is our first car in the family; my parents bought it new at a car dealership. We chose the version with the 1.2 engine and automatic transmission. With such a tandem, consumption in the city is about 9 liters per hundred kilometers. It's comfortable to sit in the cabin; you can customize the seats to suit your needs. I liked the profile of the pillow, it perfectly supports the back on the sides. My father sometimes allows me to steer, and it’s just a pleasure for me. The Qashqai readily obeys the steering wheel and drives quickly, despite the 1.2-liter engine. Fuel consumption on the highway is up to 7-8 liters per hundred.
  • Boris, Arkhangelsk. A typical city SUV, with low ground clearance and pretentious design. I say remnant to him. A car with front-wheel drive is not an option for off-roading at all. In general, I’ll sum up the verdict: The car is purely for the city, especially in a version like mine - with a 1.2-liter engine and a CVT. By the way, the box overheats greatly if you skid for a long time. I can’t call the Qashqai a universal car, but it is certainly a very high-quality car.

With 1.6 engine

  • Boris, Arkhangelsk region. The car is designed purely for the city; it is not suitable for off-road use. I was convinced of this when I climbed into our snowdrifts on my own head. The Qashqai sat on its belly, and then it took a long time to dig it out. But this did not help, and I called a friend for help, he has a UAZ Patriot. They pulled it out on the second try - the first cable broke. In general, the car causes a lot of inconvenience in our conditions. Although the cabin is always warm and cozy. Fuel consumption with a 1.6 engine is 8-10 liters per hundred kilometers. I have a car with a CVT and front-wheel drive.
  • Igor, Smolensk. I liked this crossover, after all these frame SUVs. Honestly, I was already tired of the off-road conditions, so I switched to another job - a more urban one. Here Qashqai is in its element. Fuel consumption with a 1.6 engine and a CVT is 10 liters/100 km.
  • Alexander, Tomsk. I liked the car and have already driven 70 thousand km on it. In urban conditions there are no worries with the car. Fuel consumption is acceptable - up to 9-10 liters per hundred km. I liked that the body is made in a sporty and off-road style; even the very appearance of the car sets you up for dynamic driving. An engine of 130 horses is quite enough for urban needs. The weight of the car is felt only when fully loaded - with a stuffed trunk and five passengers in the cabin.
  • Stanislav, Barnaul. We have a family of six, we fit into Qashqai all together. Two children naturally fit in the back - they are still small and fit between two adults without any problems. We have a 1.6-liter version, it eats up to 10 liters per hundred. Nice car, wife and children approve of my choice.
  • Denis, Vorkuta. I bought a Nissan Qashqai for myself and my wife. We have a car for two, and each of us found our own advantages and disadvantages in the car. For example, I like the elastic suspension, but comfort is much more important to my girlfriend. My wife liked the light steering wheel, it’s very convenient in the parking lot. In general, everyone will find something for themselves in Nissan. We have a version with a 1.6 engine and front-wheel drive. Fuel consumption with a CVT is 8-12 liters per hundred kilometers.
  • Kirill, Kamchatka region. I have owned a Nissan Qashqai since 2014, the top version with a 1.6-liter engine and a continuously variable transmission. My family and children liked the car. I don’t want to go off-road with it, it’s a shame for the beautiful bumpers. But this is not scary, this is a classic crossover that should be protected from any inexpensive ones. In general, the suspension is dense, handles small irregularities well, and vibrations on the steering wheel are minimal. I only have front wheel drive. Average fuel consumption is 10-11 liters.

With 2.0 MT engine

  • Ekaterina, Sverdlovsk. The car is very reliable, and I don’t remember this parameter at all. In short, I don’t open the hood. Let the service people do it for me, especially since the car is under warranty. I serve in a timely manner, according to the regulations. The car is already three years old, and during this time it has never failed. With a 2.0 engine and manual transmission, fuel consumption is 12-13 liters/100 km. Quite acceptable for my financial capabilities, but I still want to switch to gas.
  • Anna, Krasnodar region. The whole family bought a car in 2015. After completing a test drive, we settled on the version with a two-liter engine and manual transmission. Front-wheel drive was enough for us. With such an arsenal, fuel consumption is 12-13 liters/100 km. We are happy with the car, we wish one for everyone.
  • Tatyana, Krasnodar region. Crossover 2013, I became one of the first buyers of this car. I attended its Russian premiere. In general, I was waiting for Nissan Qashqai with all my heart. I made a pre-order, and a few months later they brought it to my address. I chose the version with the most powerful engine, which develops about 150 horses. That's enough for me, and the manual transmission reveals the full potential of the engine. Fuel consumption is 12 liters in the urban cycle.
  • Nikolay, Donetsk. I liked the car, after it I don’t need any other car. I mean that I have now decided to buy only Nissan cars for myself. Well, or at least other Japanese. They make great cars. I have a Qashqai with a 2.0 engine and manual transmission, consumption is 12 liters.
  • Yaroslav, Vologda region. I have a used Nissan Qashqai, 2013. Before purchasing, I looked through all the ads, almost all the cars were in good condition. It’s just that the car is still quite fresh, and that’s to my advantage. They just jack up the price, but that’s okay. High price is a guarantee of reliability. I bought a two-liter version with manual transmission and all-wheel drive. I wasn't wrong with my choice. A completely new copy, with a mileage of 45 thousand km. Fuel consumption is 13 liters per hundred.
  • Natalya, Ekaterinoslavl. I bought a Nissan Qashqai purely for myself. I am a business and busy woman, and I chose the top version with a manual transmission and a two-liter engine. The crossover performs well in the city and on the highway, handles snowdrifts with a bang, and no 4WD is needed. Consumption is 12-14 liters per hundred.
  • Sergey, Dnepropetrovsk. The car is very practical, I really didn’t expect this from a Japanese foreign car. The car has a very beautiful body - so much so that it encourages caring towards the car. But the Qashqai is still practical, in a different way. For example, it has a large trunk with convenient fastenings, a spacious interior and high-quality finishing materials. I have a version with a 2.0 engine with a capacity of 145 horses. The transmission is all-wheel drive, but I hardly use it off-road. The car consumes 12-13 liters in the city, and on the highway the consumption is no more than 10 liters. Nissan Qashqai is a worthy option if you are tired of the UAZ Patriot. I judge by myself.
  • Julia, Yalta. My Qashqai will soon be four years old, without a single breakdown during this time. What was done during the service under warranty does not count. I mean unpredictable breakdowns. The engine is two-liter, power 140 horsepower, quite reliable and dynamic unit. Fuel consumption with front-wheel drive and manual transmission is 12 liters per hundred.

With 2.0 CVT engine

  • Maria, Simferopol. I have a 2015 Nissan Qashqai, which is still quite a fresh crossover. Maybe I came across a bad copy. But somehow it often breaks. Something is constantly knocking in the front suspension, the power steering is ringing, the engine is shaking, the transmission is humming…. This continued for the first year of operation. I arrived at the control inspection, where the car was given a death sentence and sent to scrap - under warranty. I was shocked, it was just some kind of horror. Since the car was no longer new, they were not allowed to exchange it for a new one. They just gave me a certificate, for a substantial amount, really. Well, at least something. I added a little and bought Micra. As I understand it, my Qashqai had many manufacturing defects. With a 2.0 engine and a CVT, consumption was 12-13 liters per hundred.
  • Alexey, Sverdlovsk. I like the car, it drives great and doesn’t squeak on every bump – unlike our buckets of bolts. In my opinion, the main thing for Nissan is not only design and reasonable prices, but also high reliability. Qashqai is fine with this. With a 2.0 engine and a CVT, the consumption is 12-14 liters.
  • Anna, Taganrog. I bought a Nissan Qashqai purely for the family, to take the children to kindergarten and school, to go to work, to go shopping at the supermarket, etc. In general, the car is a very economical one, just like me. The kids love it and want one for themselves. But somehow I’m not against it, let them buy it, but first they need to get the rights. The fuel consumption of my crossover is 10-14 liters on the highway and in the city, respectively. There is all-wheel drive, a two-liter engine with a CVT.
  • Alexander, Moscow region. A car for all occasions. I use it for trips to the country and fishing. These are my main activities in my free time. Fuel consumption is 10-12 liters, I have a version with an automatic transmission and a 2.0 engine.
  • Alexey, Kyiv. I purchased the car in 2014, in the top version - with a 140 horsepower engine and a CVT. There are all the options, in short, I’m all in chocolate. The crossover spoils me with its comfort, very simple and convenient. The CVT pleased me with its efficiency, with fuel consumption of 12 liters/100 km.
  • Dasha, Murmansk. Nissan Qashqai is worth the money. Therefore, I took the top version, with a CVT and a two-liter engine. This version consumes only 12 liters, which is great.
  • Peter, Moscow. I decided to buy a 2016 Nissan Qashqai for the New Year. Overall I liked the car, but it has its drawbacks, like any other car. For example, the suspension is too stiff for a crossover. And to find fault even more, I want to ask the developers a question - why haven’t you switched to turbocharged engines yet, but use old aspirated ones? I understand that you want to save money, but the car is one of the most expensive in its class, and what savings can there be? I have a two-liter internal combustion engine, power 140 horsepower. And why is this, after all, at least 200 horses could be removed from such a volume. In general, the Japanese still have to work and work. The most important plus is, of course, reliability. Fuel consumption is 12 liters per hundred.
  • Lyudmila, Sverdlovsk. The car is comfortable and dynamic, the most top-end equipment. The engine's 140 horsepower is enough for fast city driving, the fuel economy is decent - 12-13 liters per 100 km. The variator changes gears quickly, in general I like everything.
  • Yuri, Almaty. It is clear that the car was created for Europeans. This is evident both in the design and in the interior. The interior is solid and austere, with high-quality materials. In general, there’s nothing to complain about here; I’m not a journalist or the editor of the Za Rulem magazine. I’ll tell you how I feel – I like the car, and that’s all. Fuel consumption with a 2.0 engine and a CVT is from 10 to 14 liters.
  • Igor, Donetsk. An excellent crossover for the money. In my opinion, it is better than any other competitor, even the Volkswagen Tiguan. Nissan is at least more playful and bright, it is much more comfortable with it, and you want to live with it. My Qashqai is equipped with a 2.0 engine and a CVT gearbox; in the city it consumes 12 liters.

The 2008 Nissan Qashqai 2.0 has some differences from the 2010 and 2016 cars, but does their fuel economy differ? How much fuel does Nissan Qashqai consume with an engine capacity of 1.6 and 2 liters? We'll figure out.

A gasoline engine, depending on the volume, driving style and year of manufacture of the car, can consume completely different amounts of fuel. This indicator depends on the quality of gasoline and on which gearbox - automatic or manual - is installed on the car. Modern versions are equipped with a variator, which reduces fuel costs compared to an automatic.

What characteristics does Qashqai have?

The Nissan Qashqai has relatively low fuel consumption per 100 km for a car with such power.

It is worth considering that the consumption rate indicated by the factory and the actual data differ slightly: this is due to the fact that at the factory, tests are carried out on a bench, under ideal conditions, and operation takes place in city and highway conditions, due to which factors are added that create errors.

Some drivers note that during operation the indicators can be almost twice as high.

The 2008 Nissan Qashqai was produced in several versions. They differed in engine size, one of them had all-wheel drive, the other had front-wheel drive.

The table will help you find out which Nissan Qashqai has real fuel consumption.

What does the indicator depend on?

The fuel consumption of a Nissan Qashqai may vary depending on the engine size, configuration, serviceability of the vehicle, and the driver’s driving style.

You can accurately calculate the actual fuel consumption per hundred kilometers for each car yourself. To do this, you will need to fill the tank full, reset the daily mileage and take the speedometer readings after the tank is completely empty. Only in this way can you absolutely accurately calculate the individual fuel consumption of a Nissan Qashqai.

If the car is moving along the highway, the performance will be relatively low. But if the road surface is poor, you often sit in traffic jams or move around the city, your fuel consumption rate increases. This rule applies to absolutely all makes and models of cars. It happens that gasoline consumption increases if the technical condition of the car leaves much to be desired. This indicator can be affected by contamination of nozzles, filters, and contact groups. The quality of gasoline also affects: the worse it is, the more consumption will be on the Nissan Qashqai.

Ways to reduce fuel consumption

It is possible to reduce fuel consumption on the Nissan Qashqai. To do this, you need to carry out vehicle maintenance and reconsider your driving style. If the gearbox is manual, it is important to learn how to change gears on time, not to drive when the engine does not have enough power, to start and brake smoothly, and to maintain the average speed limit. If a variator is installed, it regulates the gear shift itself, however, the more aggressive and sharper the speed increase, especially uphill, the more fuel the engine will require.

The second rule, if fuel consumption has become high, is to check important components. You should check and replace the spark plugs, clean the injectors, check the fuel tank, replace the filters, change the engine oil, and do a wheel alignment. For the Qashqai, its fuel consumption increases if you take turns sharply at high speed.

The more uniform your driving style is, the lower your costs per hundred kilometers will be.

This is confirmed by numerous reviews from Kashkai owners, and many opinions on this topic can be found on the Internet.

Conclusion

For Qashqai 2, fuel consumption depends on many conditions. The variator in the car helps control the amount of fuel consumed. If the fuel consumption rate has increased, it is necessary to check the important mechanisms of the car, try to use high-quality fuels and lubricants, and also adjust your driving style.

Nissan Qashqai is a well-known compact urban crossover. When thinking about buying a new crossover, many future owners are interested in the fuel consumption of the Nissan Qashqai. Read the standards declared by the manufacturer and real data based on reviews from car owners in our article.

Owner reviews

Everything in the dashboard rattles and creaks, of. the dealer says that this is the norm for the Nissan Qashqai 2.

The wind howls at the doors at 60 km/h. The dashboard is reflected in the windshield at night, because... the visor does not cover it. Sound insulation is bad, it needs to be done completely, including the dashboard.

Review of Nissan Qashqai 1.2 (115 hp) automatic 2014

The car is beautiful, but the quality of the interior materials in the cabin is not very good: it rattles on bumps. An error in the start/stop system was displayed 3 times, but later it went away, the system seems to be working, the suspension is a bit stiff, but it seems not bad...

The design of the Nissan Qashqai 2 is not bad, the car is quite economical, in summer the consumption was on average 4.2 liters. gasoline, but with a quiet ride) In the fall, I changed the tires from 19 to 18, installed the cheapest Chinese ones, and lo and behold, the car became softer and more pleasant.

There is no feeling of strength, it doesn’t handle bumps well, the impacts are sensitive and unpleasant. When it snows, and there is a minus outside, even a small one, the wipers do not work well, they become dull and clean very poorly, there is not enough airflow.

Review of Nissan Qashqai 1.2 on mechanics 2014

Video review

“I have only positive impressions from the car. At first, Qashqai 2 did not seem so dynamic, but after 1,000 km I drove around, and dynamics appeared. Comfort and silence in the cabin are at a level. Everything is conveniently at hand.

The consumption is excellent for such a car: on the highway 7 liters, in the city 10 liters (the car is still running in, it will drop further). It runs great on 92 gasoline. Space torpedo - not one of the listed cars has this.

The electromechanical handbrake with a button is very convenient. The interior is quiet and the engine is very quiet, sometimes you have to listen for a long time to see if it is working, a couple of times I accidentally tried to start the engine when it was already running - well, I couldn’t hear it.

Navigation is not Nissan’s strong point, I hardly use it, and it often takes me to the wrong places. The radio is not the most sensitive, I would like it to be better. The heat does not blow under the feet, but in all other directions it is normal.

Many people write about scratching wipers - not a problem, two short presses on the lever up with the engine running, and they are in service mode, I always do this at a car wash. They also write that the wind is howling in the driver’s rear view mirror, nothing like that is observed, even at a speed of 140-150 you can’t hear it.

Where can I buy?

The design and contents of the car are up to par. Excellent navigation, very user-friendly interface. The all-round visibility along with parking sensors is simply superb. The music plays very well (I don't listen to it loud). Very comfortable interior and seats. Handles well on the track. Pleasant expense.

There are a lot of unnecessary options: lane control, eco mode and auto parking (in the top configuration), which I don’t use, but I overpaid because I bought the full package.

Pavel Minkov drives a 2015 Nissan Qashqai 2.0 (144 hp) automatic.

The car is a bit harsh, on a dirt road you can clearly hear all the contents of the road knocking on the arches, everything is fine in the cabin, but I wanted more space in the back, the trunk is so small for me, I didn’t change the variator, since I received a letter from the salon about the necessary firmware update variator.

I drove up for 20 minutes and rode on, fuel consumption in winter was 7.5-9 liters with moderate driving, I liked the electric heating of the windshield (no need to scrape with a scraper in winter), it holds up well on the highway, consumption is 4-5 at 90-100 km, in basically a 3+ car.

Among the shortcomings: the A-pillars interfere with the view of the road, an open radiator (you need a mesh), no backlight on the buttons for opening the side windows (you wonder at night), the sound of stones and sand on the arches (when driving on gravel), weak tinting of the rear windows, lighting in the luggage compartment only on one side.
Nissan Qashqai 1.6d AT 2014

Yuri Nepobedimy, review of Nissan Qashqai 1.6 diesel (130 hp) AT 2014

The interior looks very decent (leather), everything is in its place. Comfortable. The plastic is soft in places. There is quite enough space in the cabin.

The trunk is definitely quite big, but I wouldn’t call it big either (although there is a full-size spare tire inside). The St. Petersburg stove heats better than in the first batches. The engine warms up to 87 degrees much faster than on the British one (checked with a neighbor).

I still don’t understand how the climate control works. I really like the LED headlights. The light adjusts itself, the distant light is the same automatic. In short, the light works great. But I still don’t understand how the rain sensor works. Not a season. Heated glass mirrors (especially the front one) are generally classy. Winter is in full swing, and I haven't used a glass scraper at all.

The engine and variator work well. No failures, freezes, etc. I warm up the car and don’t press on the gas. I like the CVT with simulated gear shifting. There are no complaints about the work.

Car assembly - Russia (St. Petersburg), with Japanese components (engine, gearbox and many systems). There are a lot of topics about crickets, but I’m quiet for now.

Review of Nissan Qashqai 2.0 on a CVT with all-wheel drive 2016

During the relatively short period of operation, my opinion about my car became stronger; both the advantages and some shortcomings of the design clearly appeared. But first things first.

The interior is still comfortable, there are no crickets, squeaks, or knocks (maybe they haven’t appeared yet). The climate is perfectly adjustable, the air conditioning cools the interior very effectively (in August in Kuban it reached +40).

On the move, both on the highway and in the city, it’s a song, holds the road well, steers well, and reacts calmly to potholes. Special thanks to the manufacturer for supplying normal Pirelli Scorpion tires from the factory.

Braking on both wet and dry roads is 5+. You may not believe it, but in 4 months the ABS has never worked. I haven’t climbed into mud, but in the mode: for a picnic in the forest, for fishing, on a broken village dirt road - personally, the cross-country ability is enough for me. Again, respect to the manufacturer that there is a steel protection for the engine compartment from the factory, it’s somehow safer with it.

The downside is that the trunk is smaller than that of the Granta! A crossover (even a city one) has less than a B class sedan! It is also not yet clear how the rain sensor works. Until I get used to the wiper algorithm.

Review of Nissan Qashqai 2.0 (144 hp) with manual 2017

Content

In 2006, at the Paris Motor Show, Nissan presented its new compact crossover called the Nissan Qashqai. This is the first Nissan car whose design was developed in Europe - the development was carried out by the European division of NTCE. A year after the start of production of the Nissan Qashqai, a seven-seat version of the Qashqai + 2 appeared in production, which was produced along with the five-seat version. It had more powerful engines and reinforced suspension.
In 2010, the car was restyled - the shape of the front bumper and head optics elements were changed, the suspension was improved and the sound insulation of the interior was enhanced, which was considered unsatisfactory.

In 2013, the second generation Nissan Qashqai was presented at the London exhibition, and sales of the new model started at the beginning of 2014. The car has received worldwide recognition, as well as very high safety ratings - in particular, in 2014, according to Euro NCAP, it was recognized as the best in the compact crossover class.

Nissan Qashqai 1st generation 1.6

Of the gasoline engines, the basic one was a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated power unit. Before restyling in 2010, both the five- and seven-seat versions were equipped with a 4-cylinder engine producing 114 hp, developing a torque of 156 Nm and paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT.

Since 2012, a more powerful gasoline engine with 117 hp began to be installed on seven-seat versions. and with a torque of 158 Nm. It was also paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT.

In addition to the new gasoline engine, since 2012 a compact and powerful 1.6-liter diesel engine has also appeared. It produced a torque of 320 Nm and developed a power of 130 horsepower, so a new 6-speed manual transmission was offered for it.

Fuel consumption rate Nissan Qashqai 1st generation 1.6 per 100 km

  • Anatoly, Omsk. I used to drive a 2002 Corolla, but in 2012 I decided to change my car and buy the same Toyota, but a new one. After the price and test drive, I realized that I didn’t want to buy it and turned my attention to Qashqai. I took a not too expensive package with a 1.6 liter engine - a good car, but when fully loaded there is not enough power. Although in order to drive in the city on your own - with your head. On the highway, consumption at cruising speed is about 6.4 liters, in the city about 8.5 liters.
  • Maxim, Novosibirsk. An ideal car for the city. Inexpensive - that's it. High ground clearance and suspension allow you not to worry about the condition of the road - that's two. Good off-road performance is a three. Well, fuel consumption of 9 liters in the city is four.
  • Victor, Khotkovo. Initially, I was looking for a Nissan Qashqai equipped with a 2.0 liter engine and a manual gearbox - the CVT generally sucks, in my opinion. I took a car with a mileage of 38 thousand, 2013, but with a 1.6-liter engine - I couldn’t find any good two-liter options. There are some complaints about the engine - it is a bit weak for such a load, but the gearbox is not bad. The consumption is high - according to my measurements, in the city it is no less than 12 liters, although the BC shows an average consumption of 9.2 liters.
  • Oleg, Orsk. I bought the car in 2012. I took the 2011 model, + 2 – there was a promotion on it, since it was last year’s model range. The 1.6 engine may be weak for some, but not for me – it accelerates briskly. In terms of consumption - on the highway I get 7.5 - 8.0 liters, I would like less - but I drive at least 140-150 km/h. But in the city it’s economical - if you’re feeling sick, then you can generally invest in 7 liters, but in the region of 8.5-9 liters.
  • Nikolay, Moscow. Nissan Qashqai 1.6AT, front-wheel drive, 2012. I agree that the 1.6-liter engine, and also with a CVT, is rather weak for a car - if there are 4 people in the cabin, the Qashqai “does not drive.” And the on-board computer is lying about consumption - it shows 9.5 liters on average in the city, but real consumption is about 0.5 ... 0.7 liters more. With air conditioning it increases to 10.5 liters.
  • Nikita, Nefteyugansk. In 2014, I bought a restyled Qashqai with a more powerful engine. According to the passport, of course, I don’t see any significant increase in power - there were 114 horses, now there are 117, those who had the previous Qashqai say there is not much difference. Well, that’s understandable. But I’m happy with the consumption - our city is small, there are no traffic jams, but we have WINTER... Therefore, in summer the consumption is on average 9 liters per hundred square meters, but in winter with long warm-ups it turns out to be at least 12-13 liters.
  • Denis, Novosibirsk. Before Qashqai I drove only sedans, and budget class ones at that. When I switched to Nissan, it was, of course, like heaven and earth. In principle, I’m happy with everything except the rear suspension - I compare it with Logan, so the Renoha didn’t feel any unevenness at all, but here you can clearly feel it. On the highway the average consumption is up to 6.3 liters, in the city it reaches 10 liters.

Nissan Qashqai 1st generation 2.0

2.0 liter engines are available in two versions: petrol and diesel. The naturally aspirated gasoline engine developed a power of 140 hp. and a torque of 200 Nm. The turbodiesel had higher characteristics - its power was 150 hp and its torque was 320 Nm. Both engines were offered paired with either a 6-speed manual or a continuously variable CVT.

Real reviews of fuel consumption of Nissan Qashqai 1st generation 2.0 per 100 km

  • Peter, Krasnoyarsk. Nissan Qashqai, 2.0AT, all-wheel drive, 2008. Kashik was bought with a mileage of 98 thousand and in the maximum configuration. Consumption in the city is an average of 10 liters, the variator works perfectly. In general, I am absolutely and completely satisfied with the car.
  • Leonid, Rylsk. I was lucky - through a friend I bought a 2011 Qashqai with a 2.0 liter engine and a mileage of 22 thousand km. I like the car - quite powerful, convenient CVT and economical engine - at a speed of 100 km/h no more than 7.5 liters on the highway, in the city 10-11 liters.
  • Konstantin, Mariupol. Nissan Qashqai was purchased at a car dealership in 2012. I immediately took the version with a 2-liter engine, because 1.6 is just ridiculous for such a car. I’ll say right away that the engine is economical, my consumption in the city is on average from 8.5 to 10.5 liters in the summer and from 9 to 12 liters in the winter, on the highway from 7.5 to 9.0 liters, but this is because on average I drive at least 120-130 km/ h.
  • Maxim, Serpukhov. At first I wanted to buy an all-wheel drive Qashqai, but then I changed my mind - what’s the point of all-wheel drive in the city? Only gasoline consumption will be higher. Therefore, I took the front-wheel drive version with a 2.0 CVT - just right for the city. The engine's appetite is average - with plugs it comes out to 12-13 liters, on the highway 7.5 liters. Of course it’s a bit much on the highway, but still a 2.0 liter engine.
  • Evgeniy, Moscow. Nissan Qashqai 2010, 2.0 petrol engine, CVT, all-wheel drive. The car is good, but I have one complaint - gas mileage. Initially, during the run-in it was 18 liters, but this is normal. Now in the city I have 13.5-15 liters in the summer and up to 17 liters in the winter, on the highway 11-12.5 liters, I can’t understand what it is - I’ve already been to the dealer for diagnostics, but they didn’t find anything.
  • Boris, Solnechnogorsk. What infuriates me about Qashqai is the lying on-board computer. I don’t know what’s wrong with it - I’m not the only one who has this problem, but despite the actual consumption of 10 liters, the BC shows from 7.5 to 9.5 liters in the city. An infection, he showed 10 liters at least once - no, he lies all the time.
  • Pavel, Samara. This is the last Nissan I bought. The reliability of the car is terrible - for 100 thousand I replaced a lot of parts that I shouldn’t have replaced at all, although I bought the car new in 2008 at a dealership. I don’t consider him Japanese - he is a pure “European”, assembled by the same crooked Europeans. Consumption is also decent in winter in the city up to 15 liters, on the highway about 7 liters.
  • Ilya, Moscow. I bought my all-wheel drive Nissan Qashqai with a 2.0AT engine (variator) in 2009. The car was one of the first - produced in 2007, at the time of purchase it had 28 thousand kilometers. Consumption on average is 10 liters, and I don’t feel much difference either in winter or in summer - consumption in the city is the same at any time of the year.
  • Andrey, St. Petersburg. I bought my Qashqai a year ago – with a CVT, 2.0 engine and SE+ package. I didn’t want to take all-wheel drive - why would I need it in the city? After a year of operation, I will say this - the car is not bad, but I probably should have taken the Kia Sportage - they are in the same price category, but the Sportage seems to have a better suspension, although the noise level is worse in my opinion. Consumption on average is from 8 to 11 liters, depending on the speed.
  • Nail, Erzin. In January 2014 I bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai 2.0AT. I bought it on sale because the car was a 2013 model. Consumption on the highway is 7 liters, in the city 10 liters. When loaded, it runs fine - the engine has enough thrust. I checked it because I often travel with a trailer - with a fully loaded one it comes out to 11.5 liters on the highway. The strangest thing is that with an empty trailer, the consumption is only half a liter less.

Nissan Qashqai 2nd generation 1.2

New to the 2nd generation Nissan Qashqai is a completely new turbocharged petrol engine DIG-T with a volume of 1197 cm3. This engine produces 115 hp. and a torque of 190 Nm, it is distinguished by high throttle response and fuel efficiency. This engine is paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT.

Real fuel consumption Nissan Qashqai 2nd generation 1.2

  • Alexey, Novokuznetsk. The car is not bad. Of the minuses, the engine power is not enough for a condo, traction immediately disappears and consumption increases dramatically. But in principle I don’t use it, the window is enough for me. I drive more outside the city - the average consumption on the highway is about 5 l/100 km, in the city it’s more, but I haven’t measured it.
  • Pavel, Murmansk. Nissan Qashqai, 1.2AT, 2015 Despite all the turbines and all that, a volume of 1.2 liters is still not enough for such a heavy car. On the highway it is enough - the turbine is connected and it rushes along normally, but at the bottom the problem is clearly felt. It’s especially noticeable off-road – consumption increases to 12 liters, although on the highway it’s only 5.5-6.0 liters.
  • Ivan, Moscow. I bought the crossover for my daughter – she really likes it. I also sometimes drive it, but outside the city - the engine is weak for the city, you have to rev it up and the consumption increases to 10-11 liters. But on the highway it performs very well - the turbine turns on quickly and is very economical, up to 6 liters per 100 km.
  • Andrey, Kazan. I have a Prado, and my wife decided to buy something smaller. She liked the new Qashqai, but since she is not particularly a fan of an active wife, they took it with a 1.2 liter engine and a CVT. In fact, it would be better to go with 1.6 - it has more dynamics at the bottom, you have to turn up the revs if you want to overtake, that’s why even my wife in the city gets about 10 liters, I have all 12.
  • Pavel, Kaliningrad. Many people write that the power of the 1.2 liter engine is not enough. I don't know, but I'm completely satisfied. There is enough traction at the bottom, especially since the turbine is already activated at 1800 rpm, so there is more than enough power - the engine produces up to 115 horses, which is more than that of a 1.6 liter engine. Consumption is also normal - highway 7 liters (with air conditioning), city up to 10 liters.
  • Konstantin, Krasnoyarsk. Nissan Qashqai, 1.2MT, front-wheel drive, 2014. I took it to the dealership as soon as these crossovers appeared. Their appearance is certainly much more interesting than that of the first model. The car is economical - I drive quietly, stick to 60 km/h - my consumption is up to 8-9 liters in the city, I very rarely go out of town, but according to the BC it shows about 6.2 liters per 100 km.
  • Alexey, Ulyanovsk. Qashqai 2016, petrol 1.2MT, front-wheel drive. The car was bought at a showroom. The engine is controversial. It shows its character only after 2000 rpm - before that it was a rare vegetable, although what can you expect from a small car in a car weighing one and a half tons? But on the highway it opens up to its full potential - the power is enough for the eyes, the consumption in a fully loaded car, with climate control and a speed of 12 0 km/h is 6.5 liters, if you drive empty and 90 km/h - generally 5.2 liters. In the city from 8 to 9 liters. But there are a lot of complaints about the box.
  • Semyon, Krasnodar. Nissan Qashqai SE, petrol 1.2, 6 manual transmission, 2014. The choice of the car is determined by its design - the new generation compares favorably with the previous simple Qashqai. What can I say - this engine has life up to 2000 rpm and after 2000 rpm. BEFORE the engine is really sluggish, but AFTER it’s just a rocket - getting 115 horses out of 1200 cubes - you need to try. And the consumption in mixed mode is approximately 7.5 liters per hundred square meters.
  • Maxim, Kemerovo. The car was bought in Barnaul. I took one of the cheapest trim levels, but with a 1.2 turbo engine and a six-speed manual. The box itself already suggests that this is a car for the track. I won’t say that the car is bad in the city, but on the highway it performs just fine. Consumption is from 7.2 to 9.4 liters on average, since I drive both on the highway and in the city.
  • Oleg, Feodosia. I will say this - the Nissan Qashqai 2 with a 1.2 liter engine is one of the best crossovers in the budget class for its price. In principle, the car has everything you need, the engine is normal and excellent for country trips. The downside is the harsh suspension. Consumption in the city is about 9.5 liters, on the highway - 6-7 liters, depending on the speed.
  • Sergey, Komsomolsk. I bought my Nissan Qashqai SE+ in 2014. At first I wanted to take the X-Trail, but I changed my mind - the Qashqai is more interesting in price, and the options are almost the same. The engine is really economical - in the city it consumes 9 liters, on the highway you can generally invest 5.5 l/100 km.

Nissan Qashqai 2nd generation 1.6

For the 2nd generation of Nissan Qashqai crossovers, it was decided to completely abandon the 1.6 liter gasoline engine, which showed insufficient power. Of the entire range of power units, only a naturally aspirated diesel engine is left, developing a power of 130 hp. and a torque of 320 Nm and paired with a 6-speed manual transmission or continuously variable transmission.

Reviews of fuel consumption Nissan Qashqai 2nd generation 1.6 per 100 km

  • Vladislav, Kirov. Despite the fact that many friends dissuaded me from buying a diesel engine, saying that it is capricious in repairs and we don’t have good diesel fuel, I still decided to buy myself a version of the Nissan Qashqai with a 1.6-liter diesel engine. By the way, I like that the Qashqai is equipped with a regular diesel engine and not a turbine - but it is simple and reliable, and develops 130 horsepower. But the consumption is just a fairy tale - in the city it comes out on average 6.5 liters, on the highway generally no more than 5 liters.
  • Anna, Arkhangelsk. The car was taken out on credit - for work I need to travel a lot, including out of town. At first I thought about taking the version with a 1.2-liter engine - it is very economical on the highway, but then I changed my mind and took a regular naturally aspirated diesel engine - it is economical not only on the highway, but also in the city. On the highway, if you drive quietly, it comes out to about 4.5 liters, in the city about 5.8..6.4 liters.
  • Dmitry, Kyiv. For my 30th birthday, I made a holiday for myself - I bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai with a 1.6 diesel engine and a manual transmission from the dealership. The car is actually good - I generally like diesel engines for their low-end traction, which is perfect for the city. And of course, consumption - with our fuel prices this is very important. In my city it reaches 8-9 liters, but this is with traffic jams, without them the maximum is 6.5 liters, and on the highway it’s about 5.5 liters.
  • Stanislav, Moscow. I really like my 2015 Nissan Qashqai diesel. The engine runs quietly, the six-speed gearbox is really not particularly needed in the city, I tested it on the highway a couple of times - it was excellent, but it took me a long time to get used to switching to 6th gear. Consumption in Moscow is up to 9 liters, on the highway – 6 liters.
  • Denis, Kamensk. Before Qashqai I drove a Niva-Chevrolet. By the way, in terms of cross-country ability, the Shniva is very good, but in terms of dynamics, it’s just a vegetable, the 1.7-liter engine is nothing to write home about, despite the fact that it consumes more than 12 liters of gasoline per hundred square meters. Therefore, I immediately decided to take a diesel engine and was right. My 2016 Nissan Qashqai has a diesel fuel consumption of 6.5 liters in the city.
  • Alina, Krasnogorsk. We used to have a first generation Nissan Qashqai - we sold it after 4 years, but not because it was a bad car - we decided to buy a new one. And we settled on the 2nd generation Qashqai - it has a more interesting design, especially since my husband insisted on a diesel engine, since he considers it very successful.
  • Konstantin, Sosnogorsk. Nissan Qashqai, 1.6MT, diesel, 2014. I bought a car for my wife - she immediately wanted a Picanto, but I barely persuaded her to take a normal car, and not that little box. Now I go for rides myself from time to time, especially fishing. And what - the diesel engine has enough power for off-road use, plus all-wheel drive - I’m still thinking about buying my wife her Picanto, and taking the Qashqai myself. And I really like the consumption - highway 5.5 l, city 7.5 l.
  • Oleg, Nizhny Novgorod. I don’t understand when they buy an inexpensive car, but in the maximum configuration - all these are excesses, in my opinion, for which dealers mercilessly cost money. Therefore, when choosing my 2015 Nissan Qashqai, I ordered the middle configuration – only the necessary things and that’s it. 1.6 diesel engine, manual transmission – I think it’s the most excellent combination. Well, fuel consumption - in mixed mode I get 7 liters, no more.
  • Anastasia, Ukhta. I really liked the car – stylish and unusual. It stands out from others very much. I’m not particularly worried about efficiency and fuel consumption, since the main thing for me is that I like the car. I only drive around the city, I fill up 40 liters at once - enough for about 600 km.
  • Kirill, St. Petersburg. Nissan Qashqai, 1.6AT, diesel, front-wheel drive, 2014. I was choosing between Skoda Yeti, Volks Tiguan, RAV4 and Qashqai. I settled on Qashqai in the simplest configuration. During the run-in, the consumption in the city was 10 liters, on the highway about 7 liters. After running it dropped - on the highway 6.5 liters at a speed of 140 km/h, if you feel sick - then 5.3 liters. In the city the consumption is 7.5 liters.
  • Oleg, Kharkov. As soon as information appeared on the Internet that a new Nissan Qashqai was coming out, I was immediately excited about it. I ordered a full package from the officials with a 1.6 liter engine (diesel) and a CVT. I waited six months - but it was worth it. In winter, of course, front-wheel drive is not enough

Nissan Qashqai 2nd generation 2.0

For the 2nd generation Nissan Qashqai, 2.0-liter diesel engines are no longer available - now the model will only receive a turbocharged gasoline engine of this volume with a capacity of 144 hp. and capable of developing a torque of 200 Nm. Both a 6-speed automatic and a CVT are available for this engine.

Fuel consumption rate Nissan Qashqai 2nd generation 2.0 – reviews

  • Denis, Moscow. Nissan Qashqai, front-wheel drive, 2.0 petrol engine with CVT, 2016. The car is excellent, the only downside is the harsh suspension. After running it in, my BC shows an average consumption of about 10.1 liters per hundred square meters - I think it’s not much for an automatic and a 2-liter engine.
  • Angelina, Astrakhan. In principle, I am satisfied with the machine, but there are some complaints. This applies to the interior materials - there are a lot of scratches on the plastic, although the car is 2014, there are also scratches on the glass. Even though I drive carefully. By the way, recently I replaced the audio system - the old one says “Made in China”, although the car, as they say in the salon, was made in the UK. In terms of consumption, on average I get about 10 liters, but I drive calmly.
  • Pavel, Kaliningrad. Qashqai 2013, 2.0AT. I liked the car for its appearance – it was all aggressive. After the test drive I appreciated the engine response and the excellent performance of the variator. In terms of consumption - on the highway about 7.5 liters, in the city up to 13 liters. On average, the on-board computer shows 9 liters per 100 km.
  • Konstantin, Volgodonsk. After I got into an accident in a Tuareg, I had to buy a new car. I only wanted to buy a new one; the given budget included the 2nd generation Nissan Qashqai. The car is not bad, but it can’t be compared with the Tuareg at all - especially when it comes to the performance of the suspension, the Qashqai’s is frankly weak. In terms of consumption - on average from 9 to 11 liters in the city, depending on the driving mode.
  • Veronica, Moscow. At first, my husband wanted to buy me a Skoda Rapid, but after we came for a test drive, he abandoned this idea - he didn’t like the weak engines. There was a Nissan showroom nearby - he offered me a Micra or a Note, but I was more interested in the Qashqai. I like the ECO mode - it uses little gasoline, about 7.2 liters per 100 km (I look at the on-board computer), and the car drives calmly and smoothly.
  • Sergey, Novosibirsk. If you live in Siberia - only an SUV or crossover, only all-wheel drive. After my Citroen C4, I swore off taking cars without all-wheel drive and with a ground clearance of less than 150 mm. I chose from several options; I was satisfied with the Nissan Qashqai NEW based on price and quality. The handling is excellent, the cross-country ability is also good in urban conditions, the engine is powerful and the CVT works well. Well, fuel consumption is normal in the city in the summer of 10-11, in the winter up to 12.5 liters.
  • Alexey, Khabarovsk. There are two Nissan Qashqais in the family – one is mine, one is my wife’s. My wife has a version with a 1.2 engine, I have an Orthodox 2-liter engine. The car looks stylish and expensive, the engine power is enough for me personally - by the way, I tried it on my wife’s Qashqai, the 1.2 is rather weak at the bottom and very weak. Gasoline consumption in the city is about 10.2 - 10.5 liters, on the highway 7-8 liters.
  • Dmitry, Krasnoyarsk. Qashqai New, SE package, 2.0AT, 4WD, 2014. Before that there was FF3. The downside is that there is no radiator or underbody protection at all; you definitely need to buy additional options. Consumption - during the run-in, the average was 11 liters in mixed mode, but this is with air conditioning. In pensioner mode at a speed of 40 km/h, the variator allows you to achieve a consumption of 5.6 liters - I actually tested it. Well, if you flood it normally, then in the city it will be a maximum of 10 liters.
  • Timur, Novocherkassk. My driving mode is as follows: city 70%, highway 30%. After purchasing 5000 km there was a mandatory break-in - don’t care about those who claim that break-in is not needed now. Definitely needed. Now consumption on the highway is up to 8 liters, in the city up to 13 liters. In winter it reaches 15.5 liters - but I warm up the car for at least 10 minutes.
  • Alexander, Barnaul. The choice was either 1.6 diesel or 2.0 petrol. I didn’t even consider the 1.2 liter engine - well, even if it has three turbines, it’s really weak for such a car. On the highway, yes, I agree - but I rarely drive on the highway, the main speed limit is the city, where the average speed is 40 km/h. The downside is that when selling the car, the taillight was chipped; I had to quarrel with the dealer for a long time because they refused to replace the headlight under warranty.
  • Alexey, Kazan. Initially, I considered two options: either the Kia Sportage or the Nissan Qashqai. A good car, passable, the CVT works just fine. Handling is also good. Fuel consumption – 7 highway, 10-11 city. The downside is that the metal of the body is thin, and the thickness of the paint coating is 90 nm in total. By the way, Kia has more - 140 Nm, I found out.
