  1. Place the cucumbers on a board and cut them into small cubes with a knife and squeeze a little of the marinade with your hands.
  2. Open the jar of corn and throw all its contents into a colander, strain the marinade.
  3. The potatoes are washed with a brush and placed in a saucepan in which they are boiled; upon completion of cooking, be sure to rinse them with cold water, cool, remove the skin, and cut into small cubes.
  4. Place the chicken in another saucepan, add water and boil for about thirty minutes. This time period will be enough for her to cook. After this, cool in the broth and cut into small cubes with a knife.
  5. The greens are washed and chopped finely.
  6. Pour all the products prepared for this moment into a salad bowl, add salt and pepper.
  7. Pour mayonnaise over everything and mix.
  8. Decorate with sprigs of greenery or small slices of cucumber.

Required components:

  • 350 gr. chicken meat;
  • 150 gr. corn from a jar;
  • 150 gr. peas in a jar;
  • 100 gr. dairy cream;
  • 10 gr. honey;
  • 10 gr. lemon juice;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 100 gr. long grain rice;
  • 50 gr. lettuce leaves;
  • 20 gr. soy sauce;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 2 gr. salt;
  • 5 gr. ginger roots;
  • 20 gr. butter

Salad with corn and chicken fillet:

  1. Using a brush, wash the carrots, place them in a saucepan and boil. Afterwards it is cooled and cleaned, cut into small pieces.
  2. Place the peas and corn in a regular colander and dry.
  3. Pour peas and carrots into one saucepan, pour cream over them, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the saucepan on the fire and heat for about ten minutes, remembering to stir from time to time. After this time, set the saucepan aside and cover with a lid.
  5. The chicken meat is washed, skinned, separated from the bones and cut into several pieces.
  6. The ginger root is peeled and grated using the finest grater.
  7. Pour soy sauce, honey, lemon juice into a bowl and add chopped ginger root, mix everything vigorously.

  9. The rice is washed, boiled with salt until fully cooked and washed again.
